Aaron is a black belt under Bernardo Faria, and a former instructor at The Bernardo Faria Academy. He has been refining his shin to shin system for over a decade. In that time he has developed a high-level system that applies to ALL levels of Jiu-Jitsu.
Why shin to shin? This often overlooked position is very under utilized and under taught. Many people assume it is solely a transition but the shin to shin can easily be used as a guard and it can provide an incredible amount of leverage to sweep and submit opponents that are much bigger, faster and stronger.
